Responsibilities:
This position will be primarily responsible for planning and developing the sales growth of West Indonesian market. Identifying, building and maintaining the most effective channels to market through a networks, building an appropriate team structure to achieve the company’s objectives and exploiting new business. Manage the branch with daily operating activities and achieving the positive result by the end of the year. Coordinate with relevant external stakeholders on data submission and accuracy lead and/or contribute to sales at relevant scope. Has sales and marketing experience in building materials or related industries will be an advantage. The candidates should able to travel extensively.
Requirements:
- Male; 30 years old (max)
- A bachelor degree (S1) in Marketing Management orany related field, with minimum GPA 3.00 (scale 4.00)
- Minimum 3 years experience at sales and marketing experience, and 2 years experience at supervisory level.
- Has a persuasion communication skill and attractive interpersonal skill
- Willing to work under pressure.
- Has a driving license (SIM A/ C)
- Proficient in Indonesia and English languages both spoken and written.
- Willing to travel in a short notice.
- Willing to be placed at Manado
