Responsibilities:

  • Support Management in the decision process (e.g. planning assumptions, forecasting, contingency measures, risk management, internal control and audit), and develop sound Management recommendations.
  • Manage financial planning/budgeting process and analysis activities to identify risks and opportunities, including top-down target setting process, working capital and value management development (i.e. EBIT, CFROI, DCVA, etc.); measure actual results and evaluate/report the differences between actual performance compared to budget plans.
  • Provide monthly review and analysis on inventory, costing, capital expenditures and operational expenses; ensure timely, accurate and transparent Management Reporting and Analysis of business development.
  • Manage internal control on organization processes and transactions; plan and implement coordinated methods and systems that aims to safeguard the organization assets, check the accuracy and reliability of accounting data, promote operational efficiency and encourage adherence to prescribed financial policies and procedures.
  • Lead cost improvement initiatives and drive continuous process optimization for controlling and forecasting processes applying consistently to working capital, income statement analysis and consolidation, and inventory level.
  • Identify, assess, control and mitigate risks systematically by providing and applying risk management methods (customer and supplier assessment, handling of credit accounts, credit policies, etc).
  • Lead, direct, evaluate, and develop the team members of Controlling Department to ensure financial planning and analysis projects are conducted credibly and that recommendations and reports are accurate and timely.
  • Support Management in the integration of cross-functional and cross-department projects, to ensure alignment of country strategy and achievement of business objectives.
  • Responsible as Compliance Officer for Bayer CropScience Indonesia; coordinate compliance activities (training and reporting) and ensure enforcement of Bayer Compliance Program in the organization.

Requirements:

  • University Degree in Accounting and Finance.
  • Work Experience : at least 5 years related experience in managerial positions, preferably in multinational company or reputable Public Accountant Firm.
  • Excellent analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in English ( written and oral ) and computer ( MS Office ).
